Judecătoria Bălți a dispus eliminarea Marinei Tauber din cursa electorală
Ședința de judecată la care a fost examinată cererea Comisiei Electorale Centrale de excludere a candidatului Partidului Șor, Marina Tauber din cursa electorală pentru Primăria Bălți a început ieri, 3 decembrie și a luat sfârșit în dimineața zilei de azi, 4 decembrie 2021.
Drept motiv pentru excludere a servit mai multe materiale prezentate de CEC în care a fost formulată o bănuială rezonabilă de utilizare de către candidatul Marina Tauber, și în interesul ecesteia, a unor fonduri financiare nedeclarate de circa 152.725 de lei. Urmare a controlului efectuat și probelor colectate, Comisia a constatat certitudinea utilizării a cel puțin 34.260 de lei fonduri nedeclarate.
Partidul Șor a organizat pe parcursul zilelor de ieri și de azi proteste în fața sediului Judecătoriei Bălți, iar Tauber a îndemnat alegătorii ei să se prezinte la urne și să voteze în ziua de 5 decembrie opțiunea pe care au avut-o.
